Samantha White is a proud native of the Kirkland area and an alumna of Eastside Catholic High School. She attended Saint Mary’s College of California and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles where she earned her degree in Merchandising and Marketing. Her drive and determination, matched with entrepreneurism, led her to establish her own custom furniture business fresh out of college that had successful e-commerce growth over the course of 10 years. As a former small business owner, she learned the importance of going above and beyond for her clients, which she has carried over into real estate.

Samantha started her real estate career at Windermere Bellevue Commons five years ago, teaming up with her father and mentor, Warren White. She then continued on to Redfin where she became an expert at working with first-time home buyers and negotiating contracts. Before landing at Windermere Central, Samantha was part of the McDonald | Gazes team at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty in Kirkland.

Both buyers and sellers love working with Samantha for her exceptional customer service, communication skills, and local market expertise. She is genuine and takes time to listen to her clients needs. With a strong work ethic and creative problem-solving skills, Samantha takes pride in delivering the best possible outcome.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys walking with her Golden Retriever, Maverick, family time and traveling. She is also passionate about supporting The Humane Society of The United States through hosting local fundraisers.
