Samantha White is a Kirkland native and alumna of Eastside Catholic High School. She attended Saint Mary’s College of California and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where she earned her degree in Merchandising and Marketing.

After college, Samantha founded her own custom furniture business, growing it into a successful e-commerce business over the course of 10 years. As a small business owner, she learned firsthand the importance of communication, attention to detail, and going above and beyond for her clients—values she carries into her real estate career today.

Samantha began her real estate career at Windermere Bellevue Commons seven years ago, working alongside her father and mentor, Warren White. She later joined Redfin, where she gained extensive experience working with first-time home buyers.

Known for her genuine approach, strong communication, and knowledge of the local market, Samantha takes the time to understand her clients’ goals and develops a strategy tailored to their needs. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers at all price points navigate real estate with confidence, make informed decisions, and feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Samantha enjoys long walks with her Golden Retriever, Maverick, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling. She is also a dedicated animal advocate and supports Seattle Humane by hosting local fundraisers.
