She was very knowledgeable about the local market and successfully negotiated with the other party regarding how we wanted our deal set up- For example, there was an issue surrounding a special assessment that was not previously disclosed, and per this was able to negotiate a lower cost for our home. Later she was also able to assist my parents in their search as well, and despite the fact that they ended up going with a home she was not coordinating, she was still polite and respectful to the end.”
